1. No Refund & No Return Policy

All products sold on the Shakti Shingar Palace website are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been successfully placed and delivered.

2. Exceptions

Returns or replacements may only be considered in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered
Product received in damaged condition
Product missing from the order

Customers must report such issues within 24–48 hours of delivery along with proper photo or video proof.

After verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch/shipping.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
